ABS Consulting Director Myron Casada Serves as Guest on EIIP Virtual Forum November 14, 2007

Myron Casada, Director, Risk and Security Services, ABS Consulting, will be the guest on the Emergency Information Infrastructure Partnership (EIIP) Virtual Forum "live chat" presentation and interactive Q&A session November 14, 2007, at 12:00 pm EST. The topic of discussion is the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS), required by Section 550 of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Appropriations Act of 2007. After a public comment period, an interim final rule was published last April; however, "Appendix A: DHS Chemicals of Interest" was not finalized until earlier this month. Casada has more than 30 years of engineering and risk assessment experience, including consulting for both private industry and government organizations.
